absolutley disappointed by this so-called retreat. the spiral staircase in the Salinières Suite was a total struggle. plus, no tv? shame on them for not upgrading my room, I expected a little extra pampering, but clearly they have no sense of hospitality.

We had a spacious bedroom that felt really comfortable. The large walk-in shower was a nice touch, and we loved the lovely garden area for breakfast. It was a bit of a trek to get to downtown Bordeaux, but the tram stop was just a short walk away. The atmosphere was great, and the overall vibes of the room were super relaxing! Just a heads up, parking can get a little tight if the place is busy.

Only downside was having to leave!

We reserved the Aquitaine Suite Garden View, which was spacious and perfect for our large family. Sylvie and Sebastien were so accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our four babies. Loved exploring nearby wineries and the beautiful garden filled with frogs.
For dads, it would be great to have more baby-friendly facilities.
